RETURN & REFUND POLICY – ZODPÉ

At ZODPÉ, every drop is limited and produced in controlled quantities. We maintain strict quality standards, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
All original tags must be attached
Item must be returned in original packaging
No stains, damage, perfume, or alterations
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the limited nature of our drops:
Items purchased during special sales (if any) are non-refundable
Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible
Gift cards (if introduced later) are non-refundable
3. Size Exchanges
We offer size exchanges only if stock is available.
Because drops are limited, we cannot guarantee size availability.
If your size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You will be notified within 3–5 business days
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
Refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect (depending on your bank)
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
A damaged product
A manufacturing defect
An incorrect item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at:

We will prioritize resolution.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
Item was defective
Wrong item was delivered
We recommend using trackable shipping.
7. Important Note
ZODPÉ operates on limited drops.
We do not restock sold-out items.
Once a product is gone, it is permanently archived
